Meredith was dropped off to the ER by her friend. She had a surgery done at the hospital a few weeks ago and has not felt right since then. The nurses are quick to find out that Meredith is in worse shape than they thought when her vitals start to crash and she seizes up causing a cardiac arrest. They quickly start compressions and try to revive the young girl only to figure out the incision from the surgery is totally healed and there are no records of her ever being at the hospital before.
